I am lost how Alito and that unmentionable other guy on this illegitimate court claim abortion (and gay sex, gay marriage, contraception) is not covered under the 14th Amend.

The fact Roberts spares no words in recognizing the plight of women forced to bear birth but votes to force that birth on them tells you all you need to know. That’s religion. He sees the injustice in the LAW but can’t quit his RELIGION so yea is his vote. That’s all of this in a nutshell. An evangelical minority in the American population has a majority on the COURT so we get what they want. More to come.
