OK, so the question is, what is the best way of fighting this? I give money to the challengers, particularly in swing states where they might have a chance. I go to demonstrations when I can, but what is the most effective way? I don’t need snarky answers.

The way I read Roberts concurrence is that he wanted a political and not a legal decision.
Perhaps this is why if my educated guess is correct, that Clarence and Ginni, they are one and the same, leaked the original draft, to make it harder for Roberts to convince another justice to go along with a decision of political expediency.

His vaunted legacy is going to take a real hit on this one. Roberts rejected the last 5th Circuit attack on Roe because it was inconsistent with recent decisions upholding it. And now? Et tu, Chief?

This Court is making it okay for rapists to impregnate the women they attack, continuing the terror and gratuitous violence that many rapists get off on. It’s sick today’s ruling. These Justices are not representative of the vast majority of the American publics beliefs and opinions on this matter, that much is clear. And they seek to impose their fanatical religious and personal beliefs upon the rest of us in a sick power display. Is there a parallel between they and rapists? Both do seek to do what they want with your body by force…
