Right, actual racism is widespread. The worst racist I ever knew personally was a retired judge from California. But the Southern states are where the visible reinforcement like monuments and flags can still be seen, mainly due to cultural inertia. The Mississippi state flag is a prime example. I hope that state can finally use the current unrest to switch to the Stennis Flag design instead…
But, butt is the weight load carried in the rear balanced by the weight load carried in the front? And there’s something about the weight of a man is carried by his feet, but if you have teeny tiny ankles then topsy turvy you’ll go.
The gut, the lifts in his shoes, and his age all contributed to that shaky ramp walk. By responding to it on twitter, he guarantees that more people will see it. At the same time Trump claims Joe Biden has lost a step or two -too old.
In my younger days, I used to spend quite a bit of time in the western Mojave Desert. The area has undergone some rapid urbanization in some places. Victorville and Palmdale were just sleepy little towns in the 60s. A lot of “different” and “peculiar” folks repair to the California desert. I’ve met a few of them and most are harmless, but almost to a person, they are antisocial, antigovernment and paranoid. When I hung out there, people were shot because they were suspected of “claim jumping”.
But if there’s a connection to these two deaths, it would take a degree of planning that the odd desert miscreant couldn’t manage. Don’t know about the Klan, never ran into anyone I suspected of being a clan member, but there are militias out in that part of the world. I’ve run into them too in the past and they are some mean white mofos.
What a fake smile. Like a child trying to convince elders he IS the good kid. Not the one that climbed on the counter, knocked off the cookie jar, and ate all the cookies.
