Republicans Pushing To Investigate Jan 6 Investigators All Played Parts In Efforts To Overturn 2020 Election

I’ll bet the less crazed members of the House GOP are not happy with this idea of re-litigating what happened on J6. Only the base cares about finding a way to pin it on anyone other than Trump, and they’re going to vote R anyway. Meanwhile sure, let’s remind every other voter of what happened on that day. Please proceed!

You mean Johnson has a face you would throw pies or water balloons at like in a carnival?

While that is what I think is happening with the “push to investigate the investigators”.

Johnson and Republicans are trying to intimidate those who would otherwise make the system work. The very people who prevented Trump and Johnson from ending democracy.

If Republicans are able to intimidate those, to include many Republicans, from doing their job in 2024, while they won’t win, they may be able to steal.

And the Speaker has no role in certifying the vote, aside from presiding over the Joint Session required by law.

Trump says he’s been indicted more than Al Capone…not true
and
donnie otta be careful who he compares himself to because Capone spent years in prison, some at Alcatraz, and died of syphilis.

I’m not sure this argument is making the case with most Americans that he thinks it’s making…

They are Republicans, the Constitution says whatever they feel it should say, and they only need five crooks in the SCOTUS to ratify it.

“No bloodthirsty gangster was ever treated so unfairly as Al Capone.”

Keep it up, Republicans, keep the insurrection front and center in voters’ minds.

Everybody keeps saying Mike Johnson is a constitutional lawyer. What the hell is that? There is no job market for constitutional lawyer beyond television talking head. Anyway Mike Johnson is a constitutional lawyer they same way he is a follower of Jesus Christ. That is to say he is a lawyer who studied the constitution like all the other lawyers in the US but claims he has special skills and he is an evangelical Christian who is convinced Jesus Christ is too woke to be followed. Mike is quick to condemn others and says we live in a depraved nation.

Jesus told a tale about a Pharisee and a tax collector went to the temple to pray. The Pharisee prayed about how good he was, but the tax collector asked for God’s mercy as he was a sinner. Jesus said that it was the tax collector who went home justified before God. Luke 18:9-14. Guess which one is Mike Johnson?

These right-wing scumbags ALL belong behind bars.

They are a very active danger to our democracy, our government, the constitution and the American way of life.

THEY MUST BE OPPOSED VIGOROUSLY.

THEY MUST BE DEFEATED.

Absolutely. I only regret that I have two hands to punch with.

Just one more example of the fact that the Republican Party is in actuality domestic terrorist organization. But then again, who gives a shit. Our Republic is circling the drain, and nobody in Washington really gives a damn. Sad!
