Republicans Are Once Again Touting Biden Admin Spending They Voted Against

Obviously, you’re not familiar with the Independent State Treasury Theory that gives state politicians the ability to spend federal monies on anything they darnwell please.

Well, that certainly should be the case without all of the gerrymandering and dirty tricks that the GOP routinely does when running a state electoral apparatus. The recent extreme case that was, somewhat surprisingly, thrown out of the Supreme Court, one that proposed a preposterous Constitutional interpretation, was instructive about the lengths that the GOP is willing to go to rig elections.

The theocratic misogynistic POS Bast*rd is against the new Pentagon health care policy that was put in place after the overturning of Roe v wade.

Tuberville’s stance stems from his opposition to the Pentagon’s policy of providing paid time off and travel cost reimbursements for service members who travel for an abortion.

Concur.

Anyone who has worked as a manager in Civil Service has been immersed in the limitations and sharp boundaries around spending appropriated funds. When it comes to the uses of funding, the Congress loves to micromanage.

Tuberville deserves a white sheet and a pointy hat for his white trashness and his lying.

doing the above would be a waste of good breath…its obvious their constituents are either too stupid or just don’t care to notice how it all is done…IMO, just giving the monies to states that supported the bill , just might get their attention… tell them their congressman/woman said they didn’t want it…and refuses to take the monies.

But think of the billions in quarterly profits. What are you some kind of commie?

“1) because it was not paid for and thus grew the debt and 2) fueled inflation that is robbing Texans and other Americans of their standard of living."

And how did that tax cut you voted for help these two problems?

I see he didn’t mention anything about the Trump tax cuts.

0% (zero) percent of those “quarterly profits” are going to 99% of Republican voters and above all else climate change, as the Pentagon will tell you, is above all else a national security issue.

That is what would make me pee on their shoes is if they justify themselves by claiming they understand Supplyside Economics or are otherwise more patriotic.

Dude, chill. I’m on your side. I was being sarcastic. Does it really matter how much money is made by whom if the end result is that we all die?

I caught and appreciated the sarcasm in your comment and was responding not to you but to my frustration with them, Republicans.

I am far to modest to really pull out my and pee on their shoes.

The bipartisan infrastructure bill was for the corporate lobbyists. Progressives made a deal that required Build Back Better to also pass in tandem, so that the 99 Percent would get helped along with the 1 Percent. Didn’t happen!

Manchin/Sinema and whoever they were fronting for reneged on the deal, which is why some progressives decided not to vote for the lobbyist bill.

This article just makes the GOP look like a bunch of filthy lying hypocritical sacks of crap.
Oh…wait a sec…I forgot, they are a bunch of filthy lying hypocritical sacks of crap. But it’s Ok because a lot of them say the like Jesus. Which of course gives them a pass on being lying hypocritical sacks of crap.
