The investigators told them that the emails they sent dating years back were now considered “classified.”

I’ve read the statute of limitations has passed on this, even if there were some there there. There’s also the ex post facto aspect of retroactively classifying things. But most of all, most of all, there’s only one person on God’s earth who gives a fuck about the imaginary perfidy of Hillary Rodham Clinton. The desperate and stupid mad king rages and storms, and terrified minions do his idiotic bidding. We don’t expect you to be patriots, you Republicans. But for Christ’s sake you could act like adults and finally do something about this, something rational. A sad picture, it really is.
Though these developments happened to occur right around House Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry against Trump, an unnamed State Department official told the Post that the renewed investigation “has nothing to do with who is in the White House.”
“This is about the time it took to go through millions of emails, which is about 3.5 years,” the official said.
