It’s a little bit too late to be concerned, Senator.

You have to wonder what he knows or suspects that he doesn’t want to become public.

It seems so obvious but it’s an admin that listens only to itself, asks questions of itself and comes up with its conclusion: we’re fine.

Dear Senate GOP,

You were handed a chance to rid yourselves of Trump and you didn’t.
Deal with it.

[And btw making a fool like Ron Johnson chair of the Homeland Security Committee is a security risk.]

Of all the GOP Senators who had a chance to stop Trump in the Impeachment trial. Burr has the least amount of excuses.

And is a much, much bigger disappointment. Because, more than a sycophant like Graham, a man who garners no respect from anyone, Burr had tried to lay the claim of “objectivity”.

the concept of unintended consequences seems to be as hard to grasp as math or science for Republicans… never mind irony

“undermining the public’s confidence in the U.S.’ political structure and fomenting the kind of mistrust…”

Seriously? It’s not just the Kremlin; this has been the GOP playbook for the last few decades. What are Grassley and Johnson spinning themselves up about?

I think a few of these idiots are starting to realize what they’ve done.

When warned by Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Richard Burr that investigations into Joe Biden could end up giving Russia exactly what it wants, Sens. Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley issued a terse four-word statement:

“That’s why we’re here,” it said.

It has the shadowy things moving about in murky water feel. Someone is becoming uncomfortable.
