I don’t recall Flynn’s plea agreements mentioning his son. There may be an unwritten agreement not to prosecute the son, but it would be very irregular, if not illegal, to put onto paper that DoJ is choosing not to prosecute a different person for an unrelated crime.
Nope, the pardon remains in effect. They could and should indict the pardonER for obstruction of justice, but the pardon is not voided.

I don’t see any effort to deny he said the things he’s accused of saying, only an effort to say the FBI should have never heard him saying them. The fact that they weren’t tapping the General, but rather his foreign handler and were therefore exposed to the General’s voice committing treason, is somehow to be ignored. The General is right, someone is through the looking glass here. He’s a treasonous bastard and makes me yearn for a time when we seemed better equipped to deal with traitors.

This is not that complicated.
Sullivan says, in effect, “Someone has been lying in my court. Who was it, and is it still going on?”
Which is why he hired Gleeson, the inflammatory op-ed he wrote the week before notwithstanding. In fact, as I think on it, counting on Gleeson’s op-ed may have been Sullivan’s version of rope-a-dope. It seems to have worked well. Then he hired Wilkinson to deliver the knock-out.
If you listened to oral arguments the other day, you heard Powell being a useless puddle of bitching and moaning. Her conduct has been a disgrace all through the latter part of l’affaire Flynn. Wilkinson just took her to school (and dumbing down her remarks at times for the less-than-swift Judge Rao.)
And neither Powell nor Flynn have any desire to have Covington appear under oath in Sullivan’s court next month.
