Aside from misdemeanor charges, the attorney general is facing calls for his resignation that he has rebuffed from Republican Gov. Kristi Noem and others.

Who would charge Gov. Noem with misuse of a state plane, which has a south dakota statutory fine of 10 times the operating costs of the flights? https://www.rawstory.com/kristi-noem-2650536372/

Some preachers will tell you whiskey is bad,
I think so too when there’s none to be had…

In this case, there is a mountain range of discovery.

Just for openers, the defense team’s crack investigators are still looking for the deer. Could take quite a while.

Even the privilege of only being charged with 3 misdemeanors instead of multiple felonies, as should have been the case, is not enough for this guy.

Check the oculists. Can’t be too many deer with prescription eyeglasses.

"The skid marks on Highway 14 are still visible.”

But not nearly as visible as those on Ravnsborg’s pants as he contemplates his future.

What’s the deal, didn’t his car get impounded and thoroughly checked over? Victim’s glasses per chance ended up in his car. I’m betting he came through the windshield.
This guy is a lying idiot with people handling him with kid gloves. Hope the judge isn’t his best friend.

You’d have to be a moron to not see through this and a moron of you think the asshole is going to get anything close to what he deserves. That’s not how America works anymore.

He was driving home after a party and texting. He killed a man, panicked and called his buddy the Sheriff. The two decided it would be best to pretend they did not find the body ( the Sheriffs car has headlights and I’m sure he had a flashlight ) and get the guy home so the alcohol in his body would clear and come back the next day and move matters closer to the truth…sans booze. I imagine things got hot enough that the Sheriff said “dude…you have to go down for something…the people will revolt if you just walk” so the lame misdemeanors were levied.

It usually works like this: if you KILL someone because you were texting you don’t just go down for texting while driving. You go down for KILLING the guy too. Negligent homicide at the least.

He’ll walk with some kind of probation or home detention.

Unless you are wearing a police uniform.

Still suspect that there is much more to this story

  • he was driving under the influence - as many have speculated …?
  • he had company in the car & had to get that person out of the situation…?
  • he had stuff in the car that had to be removed before the car was examined…?

Yet another good reason not to associate with the clergy.

Yeah.He murdered an innocent.Covered it up with the connivance of LE and is now lying about it.He’s a Republican, so there isn’t any mystery to what occurred. How long does a person have to watch this country and its dominant culture cheat its way through life,at the expense of the vulnerable, before droping any pretense to embracing notions like “equal justice under the law” and “liberty for all”?
