Why would you return to where you thought you hit a deer. When I hit a deer I never went back to look. Why would you?

I’m told that modern cars by law report everything to the car manufacturer…if the car stopped…if a door was opened…how long was it open. I’m sure he knows this.

Nope. Not even a ‘policy’.

I think you just slandered an entire demographic.

Ceterum censeo: Get bent, discobot. I know I replied to three posts. Ever heard of this advanced 1990’s messaging concept called “threads”?

Part of the glasses in the floor in front of the front seat, another part in the back seat, I recall. Didn’t the detective say to Ravensborg something like “dude, the guy’s face was in your windshield?”

This was told about the cars uploading data by a neighbor who attend a review by DOJ of what electronic information was available to judges and lawyers in criminal cases. He was surprised and came away that the only place you could be almost sure that you could have a private convesation was shredding yourself of all electron devices and going out into the back yard.

He was asked to be the dean of a local law school. I don’t think he got this off the internet.

I was more interested in why someone would go back to where they thought they hit an animal. Why would you?

You were planning a weekend barbeque?

I stand with Ravnborg’s cousin Nick! The dude knows he cross the line and he collided with a Human!

Hmm, are they fitting Deer with glasses in So. Dak. these days? Also too, the guy he hit was carrying a very noticeable flashlight, it was very dark in the location and when found the next day the light was still on. One would think in a rural area (no light pollution.) a turned on flashlight would be pretty easy to find.
