A Texas man who wore a hat supporting former President Donald Trump punched an election worker who told him that wearing items endorsing a candidate are prohibited at voting sites, a sheriff said Friday.
The election worker, identified as a 69-year-old man, was treated at the scene Thursday and returned to his election post at a San Antonio library on Friday, officials said. The suspect was arrested on felony charges of assaulting an elderly person and could face additional charges, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said.

That’s too restrictive. It’s much easier to simply exempt all the high priced “big boy toys” from any tax on the grounds that they are necessities in the life of the rich and famous.

Should donnie lose he will hafta pay a visit to judge Merchan’s court for sentencing on his 34 felony convictions. Sentence could range from a very stern lecture from the bench to as much as 4 years in prison.

An income tax in the state of Washington requires amending the state constitution. It originates in the legislature and must pass by a 2/3rds majority in each house. If passed it moves to the voters who must pass it with a simple majority. It’s been tried and failed. We live in a state with one of the most regressive systems of taxation but it’s a huge lift to convince people that a fairer tax is a progressive income tax.
A constitutional convention is another way to bring it up but again it requires a 2/3rds vote

AMENDMENTS
SECTION 1 HOW MADE. Personally, I believe that after Trump, Musk is the greatest threat to our Republic. As a result of the fact that they will not hesitate to carry out actions which violate the Constitution and the rule of law, I think that the Biden Administration should arrest both immediately for fomenting domestic terrorism. After they are safely locked up at GITMO, we can complete the election in a democratic fashion, but with strong legal repercussions against anyone attempting to overthrow our government.
