There was a story a few years ago about a 12 y/o impregnated by her mother’s live in boyfriend. This story is in a Central or South American country. There was a big fight over getting her an abortion, and the state insisting that she could carry the fetus to term and not lose her ability to have other children.
So the girl said she wanted the child. Well after she gave birth the state decided that she was too young to care for a child, and took it away.
This is going to happen here. Or this is what Texas wants to happen here.

I still don’t understand what the lawsuit is about, did Remington rifle malfunction and that is what killed the kids, did they advertise it as non-lethal? The rifle was used for the purpose it was designed for, killing people. Don’t get me wrong, I want those things banned, existing ones confiscated, and anyone caught with one have it shoved up where the sun doesn’t shine. But that is the work of legislatures, not courts.

Reading through all of this, I get the impression that the Texas Anti-Abortion Bounty will not be sustainable. And somehow I see the no permit carry working into the equation as well.
