We’re in one of those weird time warps when you blink your eyes and your kids are grown but the budget still hasn’t been set.
The Washington Post lays out how most of the supposedly neutral military experts who show up on cable news to complain about the withdrawal from Afghanistan are ex-defense officials who were responsible for the U.S. disastrous operations in the first place or are otherwise just plain hungry for war.
The media and the military are never going to let this go, are they? Who cares that the vast majority of Americans aren’t interested in this narrative of forever wars.
If this is true (and I have my doubts because Jordan is a lying piece of garbage), at least we can enjoy the agonies of the 2024 crew.
