The meeting could not continue due to the hysterical laughter following Trump’s “warning.”

An art director in the NY comments remarked that the staging of the photo - with Lavrov standing behind a sitting Trump, both behind the desk, was carefully orchestrated - I’m sure by Lavrov. Shows the power dynamic, the “inside” implication, etc. Trump just happy to go along naturally.
