Great start. Economic pain is probably the only one he can feel. and this has the extra advantage of lessening the spawn’s (spawns’?) future income.

As an organization we have invested many, many millions of dollars in the 2022 PGA Championship at Trump National Golf Club, Bedminster.

Color me skeptical. Sounds like Trump’s Mar-a-Lago hurricane damage insurance claim - just grift.

This certainly violates the Founding Fathers original intent of freedom to golf.

“This is a breach of a binding contract and they have no right to terminate the agreement”

The world is very different than it was on January 5th. Litigation is way down the list of problems at the moment. So basically the PGA is giving him a big middle finger.

Gee, PGA, why are you waiting to officially cancel it until after he leaves office?
Very courageous of you.

Will Fat Nixon take a mulligan on this, too?

Way to play through, PGA!

Trump has become the poison pill in every financial meal. This is a good thing.

I thought that once he left the White House, his brand would be worth nothing. Little did I suspect that it would be worth far less than nothing, something guaranteed to destroy the value of anything to which it was attached. Now I’m waiting for NYC to condemn Trump Tower and call in the demolition crews.

It will be interesting to watch the failure of the people who got Medals of Freedom to return or burn them.

A “beautiful” partnership, indeed. A Trump Organization spokesperson, my ass. John Barron, we can hear your voice.

No shit. Here are some of the ETTD aftershocks:

a fresh sign of corporate America’s uneasiness with the violent attacks inspired by President Trump’s words.

They may also be banking on the probability that the Trump Organization, owner of the golf course, won’t even exist about a year from now. If they can stall any breach of contract litigation, it might well just vanish in a puff of smoke.

At least the PGA is honest; it ain’t about virtue-it’s about BRAND.

Wasn’t Bedminster already hemmoraging cash?

And now it won’t have US taxpayers supporting it?

How will he ever pay off the Russians now?

Maybe Trump can turn it into a casino.

You know, no matter how much he deserves to be drawn and quartered and all the fun stuff they dreamed up in medieval and early modern times to kill you in horrific ways, this is gonna hit him where he lives, and there’s some sadistic pleasure to be taken in that.

Nah, he couldn’t make money off those either. :slightly_frowning_face:

Wouldn’t it be easier to list which Trump enterprises aren’t hemorrhaging cash?
