Very strong.
All the Ds need to be like that!

Josh Shapiro is doing it right. Go directly at the problem. Mastriano is an anti-democratic extremist prepared to defy the will of PA voters to impose his personal choice if elected. Shapiro is naming the issue and nailing the GOP candidate. Mastriano has promised to disenfranchise PA voters. That is a message that will resonate.

It is a good thing not to sugar coat what is happening within the Republican party, the people have to understand that people like Mastriano are a danger to our society. It’s not a matter of a difference of opinion on issues, they have a clear desire to undo our society and replace it with what they see as the only righteous choice, a “Christian” theocracy based in white supremacy and forcing everyone to follow their not-so-Christian dictates. The founders feared such a group gaining power, which is why religion is not a part of our government…these people don’t care, they read the Constitution the way they read the Bible, only picking the parts they can twist to their needs and discarding the rest.

If the campaign is framed that way, the majority of Americans will reject the overthrow of our nation’s government. That really is what’s at stake the next few years…Mastriano and others are pursuing a path to twist the law and allow them to install a government regardless of the outcome of the votes of the people. We’ll see if they can fool the people enough to let it happen, at least with Democrats talking like Shapiro is the choice will be clear.

J.S. Is the real deal, for the people. His office diligently worked to expose the years of priest-pedophilia and cover up by church leadership. He has been a true advocate for the victims. He is the Governor needed in this time of peril.

I have not heard anyone in a long time claim that there really is no difference between the two major parties. But I stand by for that cold blast of ignorance to slap my face. Anyone who claims that they are basically the same can just STFU. Shapiro makes a rock-solid case. As for anyone who votes for Mastriano – that action is tantamount to slouching toward the goulag. A vote for any Republican in this era is a vote for an autocracy.

Nice to see Josh come out swinging.

I can’t wait to see Josh take on this asshole and give him the beatdown he deserves!

I found this on Twitter a couple of days ago; the meme game is strong in whoever came up with it.

Yes, but I kinda’ gotta’ laugh at the headline…

Pennsylvania AG Rips GOP Rival Mastriano Over ‘Dangerous’ Big Lie Rhetoric

Josh Sharpiro is intelligent, sane, and even (can I say?) mild-mannered. When I listen to him talk, even when he is disparaging his rival, the word “Rips” just sounds rather funny

He’s clear and unequivocal, but I agree. Equating him to someone who opens cans of tuna fish with his teeth or something is a click bait ploy.

Good.

These Christo-fascist loons need to be made 100% politically and socially toxic and unacceptable in our society

The US taxpayer paid for this loon to write that thesis.

Someone should make stickers of this to plaster atop the so-called patriot license plates.

Also, Josh and Dana did not even get to discussing how Mastriano wants to un-register every Pennsylvania voter and make us all re-register again.

Just a couple of dates to ponder over. The Reformation started in 1517 and the founders in 1776, 259 years after the Reformation created our Declaration of Independence and starting on our Constitution.
And it will be 249 from 1776 to the next election. So 250 yeas or so seems to be when society takes an abrupt right turn.

Not sure what that’s going to prove, unless (at the same time) he puts some process in place that only SOME (mostly sympathetic) voters will be allowed to re-register.

I’m not sure, unless he gets a sympathetic legislature, that he’ll be able to put that action in place, anyway. Kinda like the business in Wisconsin with trying to de-certify the election (which these numbnuts haven’t figured out would also de-certify THEIR elections as well).

Is Trump so dumb, or so forgetful, that we already been there, done that Civil War thing.

The question is will the Dems turnout to vote?
They , the Dems , have the majority voters state wide so there should not be a problem Shapiro and Fetterman.
Of course if some folks have their tiny egos hurt they may not vote.
