In a speech that largely praised former President Donald Trump, former vice president Mike Pence offered a gentle admission: he still doesn’t “see eye-to-eye” with Trump about the deadly Capitol attack on Jan. 6.
“I will not allow Democrats or their allies in the media to use one tragic day to discredit the aspirations of millions of Americans,” he added.
What, their aspirations to hang him?

Not sure what constituency does Mike Pence think he is appealing to, half of America hates him for being Trump’s lapdog, the other half hates him for stabbing the dear leader in the back by legitimizing the clearly stolen election.

OK. First of all, T rumpp wanted you hanged on 1-6, so no one would actually expect you to see eye-to-eye with him about events that unfolded on that day.
Secondly, using the name “Lincoln-Reagan” in any official capacity is sacrilege to President Lincoln. He does not deserve to be dragged down into the gutter to appease Republican wishful thinking that they espouse the same values as Honest Abe. The GOP and the word “honest” are antithetical.
