Dems should never have supported this massive giveaway bill — Trump’s fat cat buddies now have what they want – practically unlimited, unaccountable accesss to trillions of federal dollars, while the real, pressing needs of average americans (especially those in DC) go unattended.

While the classification of D.C. as a ‘territory’, may be technically correct, it is also an in-your-face expression of bigotry.

The speaker, as usual, is entirely correct. There’s no way a one-shot infusion of public capital will jump-start this economy. The only so-called experts saying that we’re about to enter the puppies and rainbows phase are those in the White House. Someone needs to shake Americans out of their slumber. This will be a long slog and it’s not a “hoax.”

It was amazing on Press The Meat watching the highly assimilated Dr. Birx shred what miniscule portion of her reputation that hadn’t already died.

Well, the good news is that Pelosi recognized, like Schumer, that this last bill was not going to be sufficient. In fact, she now has the ability to control Trump, that odious Mnuchin and the entire Republiscum party. To wit:

-the next bill will be written entirely by us Democrats.
-D.C. will be “corrected” and get full state reimbursement.
-only the people, not corporations nor Trump’s business’, will benefit.
-the I.G. will get to report all to Congress, Mnuchin will fully comply with the last bill’s requirements, etc.

We will now demand, knowing Trump will violate no matter what the next bill states, fully accountability OR no new bill will pass.

We need to get even tougher as Republiscums once again show their mendacity (see the smiling fools behind Trump as he signed the bill. They knew the deal was already baked-in to Trump’s benefit) and lying through their teeth.

And unfortunately its all going to cost so much more due to trump’s incompetence, denial of the extent of the problem, his overreactions and his pettiness with blue state governors.

The man-baby will let this thing kill us all if it means he can figure out a way to get himself reelected. That’s is overriding concern. In fact, his only concern.

The wholly contrived crisis put Dems in a position of trading time for lives. MOFOUS loves chaos. Robbing the treasury is always the GOP response.

Indeed…Congress has to do more for Covid-19 relief! TY Speaker Pelosi for working on behalf of the 99% of the Americans.

Goldman forecasts sharp/swift RECESSION and GDP 6% decline Q1 and 24% Q2 with rebound 12% Q3 and 10% Q4 with unemployment at 9%.

All I can say is…how much will the pettiness, incompetence and vengefulness of the Covidiot Trump affect Goldman’s forecast?

Note that Trump/Greed-Over-People Party are OK to KAG (Kill American Geriatrics) for Wallstreet/Trump$$$!

I never want to hear from the immoral GOP/Trump about being pro-life! Truth be told…

GOP = Pro-Profit and Anti-Life of the Elderly + POC + Poor

If companies try to make up for the 2020 costs next year, while also budgeting for more pandemic-related spending, premiums could increase anywhere from 4 percent to more than 40 percent across the nation.

Funny how all the “workers” he listed all pretty much work by themselves.
And then there’s the shortage of PPE.

Since we’re throwing around trillions of dollars at a time now, lets just buy the insurance companies out and set up a universal healthcare system from scratch. Employer centered healthcare and insurance is an anachronism left over from WWII.

Listening to an interview this morning by Fareed Z. with the Prime Minister of Singapore. Their response was one of the most successful. He said you have to act swiftly and always give the people the facts, even if they are not something they want to hear. He also said they have to trust their government to tell them the facts. He was calm and well spoken (his English is much better than trump’s) but firm.

There is no question that if US citizens had the facts from the very beginning we would be in a much better position. I talked to someone only yesterday who still thinks the worse that happens to people is a bad cough and a mild flu, despite all the facts to the contrary because that’s what the leader of this country told him a month ago. His father is in very poor health, but he’s taking no precautions.

Give people the facts, they can use them or ignore them, but at least they have them.

I think that’s far, far too optimistic. Quarter 3 and 4, I suspect, will have to be revised sharply downward. And that’s why Trump will undoubtedly support another bill. His re-election chances depend on it.

His conundrum is that he wants another corporate giveaway, but that’ll do next to nothing to jumpstart the economy, therefore his election chances. So, he’ll have to hold his nose and support the Democratic bill that largely helps those on the lower socioeconomic rungs of society.

Keep repeating to people on twitter, facebook and other comment boards this:
tRump isn’t giving you any money The money the government is giving is YOUR money. **Not only YOUR money but probably your Parents Money and possibly their PARENTS MONEY.

stimulus IT’s TAXPAYER MONEY you are entitled to because you have paid into a tax system that unfairly taxes those not in the 1%.
