The Heritage Foundation has published “How to Identify Critical Race Theory”
I’ll be damned if I let the Koch’s minions hijack the language. I’ll write a book regarding how to identify racist ass-hats and put their picture in it. Look how Jerry Falwell’s own evil spawn turned out. And they want to set the standards in schools?
These “evangelicals” today are afraid of the world, apparently, and still need to find a scapegoat for their failure to figure out the world. Theirs is a false Christian evangelism.

I remember when the Moron Majority wanted to purge books from the library in my home town.
One of the books they had on their list was Making It With Mademoiselle
That’s a book that was a collection of…dressmaking patterns…

They are not afraid of the world. They are scared of losing the power that Bush and Trump allowed to grow…previously we tried to keep them separate from government but between ‘compassionate conservatism’ and Trump’s fake Christianity they gained power…it is slowly seeping away…

When discussing Jerry Falwell Sr. and race, we must never forget that he once preached “The Mark of Cain”. He also wanted South Africa sanctioned for releasing Nelson Mandela from jail and ending apartheid.
That is according to Jerry Falwell Sr in his sermons from the 1950s into the 1960s, segregation was justified as God’s will making Black’s inferior to Whites as Blacks were the descendants of Cain who God punished for killing his brother Abel by marking him, which Falwell took to making him Black and inferior or less than human.
Falwell created the Moral Majority because he was angry at Jimmy Carter for ending any federal subsidies to schools and other institutions like Falwell’s and others that denied entry to all Americans or otherwise practiced segregation.

It’s just a continuation of the Bonfire of the Vanities, Savonarola (1497) would be proud. People have been burning books since the first one was written and they only get upset when it is their favorite books being tossed in.

Banning books from schools simply leads to the derilct ignorance of people like MTG who think they know everything. She is the living proof that the strategy does not work.

Oh, we’re way beyond that. Now Republicans want to ban the hair styles of black people. (Nails are next.)
This Republican establishment of some kind of crazy religion has gone too far. A friend told of a recently-hired evangelical who said he considered it his mission to convert my friend to his religion – to lead him to accept Jesus as his personal savior. To believe, I suppose, that the universe is 6,000 years old? That Donald Trump is a saint?
What about people’s freedom to practice THEIR religions and hold THEIR beliefs, Supreme Court? “Just say ‘No’” is not an alternative to someone who considers themself acting at the command of God.

Might be able to give it a bit of a nudge if someone “lets slip” to Sens. RonJohn and TommyT that Sens. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley were seen at a ceremony where a flag was burned…
