Originally published at: Pam Bondi Waves Magic Wand To Solve Her Lindsey Halligan Problem
Big Oops Energy In a remarkable filing in both the Jim Comey and Letitia James cases, Attorney General Pam Bondi submitted a document she signed on Halloween – more than a month after Comey’s indictment – declaring that she was retroactively ratifying everything that interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan had done to secure the two…
If we cannot starve those parasites, at least, lets make it as painful as posible.
In news from the Border, Part one.
“I hereby appoint Ms. Halligan to the additional position of Special Attorney” retroactive to the same date”
Makes sense. Mr Rogers said we’re all Special. Just keep them out of my Portland neighborhood.

Yep, Chicago folks
Bystanders shouted: “You hit her! We have it on video!” Figueroa was then forced into a minivan and driven away, where she says she was transported to multiple undisclosed locations and denied the opportunity to contact family or legal counsel. Hours later, she was released without charges.
She ended up in…Broadview. Wonder if her family got shot in the face with pepper balls when they came to pick her up.
You know things are bad when you can look at guys like Cheney and even Karl Rove and think, “Yeah, the GOP was right, it did get worse.”
Cheney came up with the 1% Doctrine and pushed the Unitary Executive theory hard. Trump practices the 0% Doctrine (no justification needed for any action) as part of an even harder push for Unitary Executive.
Good times.
“In our nation’s 248-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump. He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him,” Dick Cheney said in a statement.
“As citizens, we each have a duty to put country above partisanship to defend our Constitution. That is why I will be casting my vote for Vice President Kamala Harris,” he said. "

Today’s obituary, “Dick“ Cheney. Close, but no cigar.
A very interesting article on gerrymandering, including some possible ways of devising districts fairly. Gift link:
One of the fired agents, Mr Jeremy Desor, has been targeted in recent days on social media after Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, a Republican, publicly released more than 1,000 pages of subpoenas from Mr Smith’s investigation, code-named “Arctic Frost,” into attempts to keep Mr Trump in power after he lost the 2020 election to his Democratic rival, Mr Joe Biden.
The subpoenas did not redact any of the names of the FBI or Justice Department employees who were involved.
They could have said “Charles Grassley, a total idiot” as it is completely interchangeable with “Republican” Many other terms also apply.
Lawsuit time
But of course sensible people can disagree if Hitler was all that bad.
Thanks so much for teeing that up, Dick!
