PA AG Swipes At Cruz For Jumping To Help Trump Try To Steal Election: ‘He Is A Sad Sack’

“The Court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and un- mistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated."

I believe this is the Reader’s Digest version.

Pennsylvania’s response is on point:

The Court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated. (p.2)

At some point we have to stop walking on eggshells around these people. Good for PA.

Now Paxton may need to actually look at the Fourteenth Amendment.

I’d say thousands of people with horrible spouses might disagree, but Ted strikes me as a guy whose personality was baked in at 5 years old, so yeah. If Heidi does eventually kick his ass to the curb, I’d expect his expression to be the same as the picture of him on the phone we always see.

I’m telling you, we’re producing some national-quality Democrats in Pennsylvania.

Oh!

I’m thinking that SCOTUS may just throw this out, but with a statement that all the states through their representatives in congress need to figure this out. We ain’t getting involved.

That’s nice but it does not match the one filed today by … the Christian [Family] Coalition.

Ok this shit is what I hold the GOP responsible for since they refuse to so much as acknowledge it.

Meanwhile, in Wisconsin

Ron Johnson called ‘scum’ for considering challenge to election

And not just scum, but…

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson’s refusal to rule out a challenge of Electoral College results in Congress led to widespread Democratic criticism on Thursday, with an incoming state representative from Madison calling the Republican “delusional scum.”

Francesca Hong, who was elected in November to represent Madison’s Downtown district, tweeted Thursday about Johnson’s comments.

“This delusional scum continues to crawl further into 45’s (expletive) instead of representing the people of WI who need survival checks and relief,” Hong tweeted. “The last time I spoke to his office, his staff assured me they would do more than provide lip service. This ain’t it.”

So MD has added themselves to a proposed Amici along with a big bunch of other states and territories, lead by DC!

Same place Ken Paxton pulls his legal pronouncements from?

At least he is representing a state. It’s a phony interstate issue, but at least it’s between states which is a passing glance at standing.

But Ken Paxton used “jiggery pokery” in a sentence!

“ a cacophony of bogus claims" to support a “seditious abuse of the judicial process.”

Sorry, I meant to say “Christian Family Coalition.” They’re very worried about other people’s homosexuality.

Anyway, here’s what passes for their “standing”:

We can count on a few asshat R’s in Congress challenging the EC results when Congress meets to certify the election. On Jan. 6th, I think. It’s just political theater because the votes aren’t there in either the House or Senate to move on it.

The Democratic Black Caucus did this to protest being disenfranchised in the 2000 Presidential election, and it didn’t go anywhere either. At least they were making a legitimate point about the Bush v. Gore SCOTUS decision. This one on the 6th will be pure lies and bullshit.
