This explains Trump’s behavior right now better than those being reported:
Still, you owe him for pointing out the oppty for expanding your operation to include weed.
We have BINGO! here.
That’s a condition he’s used to, and one that usually leads to Russia.
But you would then have two legislative chambers with pretty much the same make-up. Which leads to the real solution - amend the Constitution to eliminate the Senate. While you’re at it, make terms in the House four years, on a staggered rotation, so that every Congresscritter doesn’t spend his or her entire life cranking up the next reelection campaign.
What other representative democracy has two chambers with similar levels of power? It’s nuts, and has resulted in perpetual gridlock. Yeah, the U.K. has the House of Lords, but that chamber doesn’t have much real clout.
Recreational pot is now legal in AZ until the right wing legislature figures out how to negate the vote.
Perhaps Jenna is just an ignorant tool and fool, and not really a lawyer as she claims. At least that’s what some people say.
Speaking of Russia…
What the heck?
Theyre not nearly done yet. Expect GOP state legislatures to start making noise next week.
End. Game.
This article only skims the surface of what he actually said. He gave his predecided position on pretty much all of the most contentious issues of the day. He even said that SCOTUS making same-sex marriage legal had lead to people against same-sex marriage being called bigots, which is somehow an infringement of their 1st amendment rights. This fucker needs to be impeached if he hears any case on COVID, LGBTQ rights, abortion, contraception or any related topic. He should recuse himself from all of those after this speech. He made perfectly clear he doesn’t give a shit about the law with that ridiculous ‘1st amendment’ line for people facing criticism.
the Federalist Society is just the KKKs legal arm…attempting to legitimize white Christian dominionism by trading white robes for black.
Thank you, Mr. President.
And after all that…they still didn’t win?/ Must be something wrong with them then.
Deadend game.
Nope, the Constitution mentions two things that cannot be amended. Senate representation was one of them (see Article V).
Don’t forget all those Federalist Society Stooges who will kneecap Joe at every opportunity.
Isn’t it generally a crime to knowingly make a false report of a crime? It seems the Rs doing exactly that in state after state, just for the politcal utility/fundraising value of it. How is that a valid defense? It would be different if they had any actual evidence…
The only large scale election fraud going on is the fraudulent allegations the Republicans are making, but for some reason it isnt being called that. Im not a lawyer, just a citizen wondering if there is legal recourse for a more assertive defense on Bidens part. Hard to prove i guess, but might have value to assert the allegation anyway. At the very least it would give the courts an actual crime to consider.
