Republicans should realize our democracy and election integrity is at stake here. If Trump is unpunished, we may as well sell our elections to the highest bidder.
The American people are the victims here of a massive crime perpetrated by Trump. And here I thought voter suppression and gerrymandering was the worst they could do as far as elections go. In a way, this scandal is a perpetuation of Republican voter fraud and their acknowledgment of their inability to win elections fair and square.
So this is public already? I thought Soros move that reveal to next season. Damn, I take one day off, miss one story board meeting and all hell breaks loose.
The 2nd whistleblower is thinking about coming forward? A real profile in courage there.
On the other hand, the pool of good lawyers in DC is probably drying up with everyone having to cover their ass now, so maybe this one is still looking for a lawyer before they blow the whistle.
He decided it was safer to release ahead of the Naruto run, just in case the breach did find the spot.
A lot of people didn’t notice due to all of this Ukraine stuff popping up to cover up the Naruto run (very successful op, that coverup, almost nobody is mentioning Area 51 anymore).
For a demagogue to succeed in the United States and take down its government. The second oath must supersede the first.
The GOP (and FOX), right now, is operating on the second.
The messaging on this has got to highlight the situation that Marco Rubio, Moscow McConnell and the Gang are down with.
OT: DO NOT let the GOPPER noise machine “normalize” this. In the old Mueller Days when we were musing on what Rick Gates would do, if we had the situation THEN that we NOW have, we would be cheering in the streets. People would be holding parades. The Trump strategy has ALWAYS been to FOX-inoculate, deflect, BothSide-it…and, ultimately, normalize any and all things coming Trump’s way…
About time. The CIA and NSA have been obsolete since we started getting all required intel directly from the Kremlin in 2017. Should shutter the entire agencies and pass the savings back to the people via tax cuts.
“Because the second official has met with Mr. Atkinson’s office, it was unclear whether he needs to file a complaint to gain the legal protections offered to intelligence community whistle-blowers. Witnesses who speak with inspectors general are protected by federal law that outlaws reprisals against officials who cooperate with an inspector general.”
You would think national security Republicans and those wary of Russia and totalitarian governments would be deeply concerned about this. But then again, when it comes to Republicans and national security, I don’t know what to think anymore.
Please let this person file a complaint. A lot of the US welcomes getting the truth out there despite all the WH coverup BS.
Hey Donnie, you can run but you can’t hide, your ass is grass.
