My view is that Donnie claiming the election was stolen has nothing to do with what he whole heartedly believes happened. Rather, I’d say it has a lot to do with what he thinks will best serve him, all the collateral damage be damned.
To the extent Donnie is mentally ill, I’d guess he’s criminally bent. I don’t believe that he’s delusional in the way we’d normally think of it.

I am going to be honest. This story (maybe George Conway IS writing this “Kellyanne” book ) is interesting to me only because this “book’s” author dares to criticize a man who has rarely–if ever–tolerated any criticism.

I’ve never thought that either. He knew he lost when it was called on the weekend after the election. The rest was, and still is, a performance to avoid looking like a loser.
Also I don’t believe for a minute that Kellyanne said he had too much ego to his face. If this was a conversation directly to Woodward, she’s lying.
