What’s most revealing about these excerpts to me–aside from the inexorable banality, spite, and small-mindedness of everybody in the Trump regime–is the verbal fellatio. She may be “critiquing” him, but she does it by strapping on the ol’ rhetorical kneepads re/ “2016 Trump.” It’s all bullshit, transparently intended to maintain his dependence upon her and her type.

KellyAnne was and is despicable. She lied for him and ennabled him through much of his term in office. She must know, as well as any other staffer, how ignorant, narcissistic, sociopathic, incompetent and dishonest he is. And she’s seen his continuing efforts to overthrow the election and our democracy. Any yet she still wants to give him advice and encourage another run. And, by the way, her opinion that he lost in 2020 because he didn’t have the hunger and swagger is ridiculous. The reasons he lost: too many of those who voted for him in 2016 came to realize how terrible he is, Democrats had a much more popular and less controversial candidate this time around, Trump failed miserably in dealing with the only real crisis of his term–the pandemic–and perhaps most importantly, he could never explain why he thought he should be re-elected, never had a policy vision, stood for nothing but self-aggrandizement. KellyAnne of all people should have walked away for good.

Seems to me trump has a death grip on what used to be known as the GOP. Nobody and nothing can proceed without his blessing. Note Rep. Gonzales of Ohio is quitting Congress rather than face a trump approved goober in the primary.
