New Revelations About Stone And Wikileaks Cast Mueller As ‘Hamlet’ | Talking Points Memo

… gave classified military information to a white supremacist group with Satanic leanings.

Fake news: everybody knows the Satanic pedophiles are in league with Hillary and Soros.
Aren’t they?

He handled the investigation as any good REPUG could do, exactly enough but not enough to actual convict his benefactor. Same with Rosenstein and many others, just enough to avoid the cover-up label but not enough to do any good for The Republic…

They obviously didn’t investigate a fucking thing. Nothing Mueller supposedly dug up featured in the impeachment. What they did “investigate” was slipshod.

Manafort was convicted of crimes before his Trump campaign days. Cohen acted alone in the slush fund payments? Stone is convicted of ratfuckery but Trump said he didn’t know anything about it?

Clinton gets a sworn deposition on BJs, but Trump was asked on paper and not even notarized?

Don’t piss on my boots and tell me it’s raining. Mueller’s “work” was an inoculation, not an investigation.

Rosenstein was in the bag years earlier than that. His newly-expunged directives reveal exactly when Rosenstein started dictating terms to Mueller:

“The memo, dated as being sent on Aug. 2, 2017, and written to Mueller when Rosenstein was serving as deputy attorney general, specified five people whom he was permitted to investigate: Carter Page, Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous and one other whose name was redacted.”

because Rosenstein’s corruption was on full display, thanks to his writing the memo that got Comey fired based on a bogus rationale. Its one thing for a hack like Rosenstein to operate behind the scenes, but Trump put him front and center, so Rosenstein had to do something to take the heat off of himself.

Patrick Cotter, a former federal prosecutor in Manhattan, described Mueller as “Hamlet,” noting that “he’s so conflicted and he respects the presidency so much.”
If he truly respected the presidency, he would have done everything in his power to put a stop to Trump’s debasement of it.

I appreciate the sentiment, but Sing Sing (opened in 1824) is a NY State prison.

Stone will go to federal prison, and I wish it were going to be one where he makes little bitty rocks out of great big ones.

Dems and Progessives need to stop believing that a good RepubliCON will come along and bring Trump down bring sanity back to that party. It isn’t happening. Even the Never-Trumpers don’t have any real power. They can run ads and write books all they want to make their conscience feel better but in the end nothing they do changes the minds of R’s sitting in the Senate or House.

Just sayin’

Shakespeare has a wonderful quote to apply to Trump.

He’s a most notable coward, an infinite and endless liar, an hourly promise-breaker, the owner of no one good quality.

So basically, Trump and Stone are still trying to con their way out of it all, Stone with the pandemic (aha!) excuse, and Trump planning on pardoning him.
Can’t even see that low bar anymore…

No, but it is peeling off Republican votes.
