Nevada Supreme Court Rejects Trump Campaign Effort To Overturn Election Results | Talking Points Memo

The Nevada Supreme Court rejected an appeal late Tuesday from President Donald Trump’s campaign to overturn the election results in the state, in a decision that deals another blow to the one-term president’s efforts to undermine the integrity of the vote in one of the battleground states that he lost in last month’s election.

That tabulating machine the election worker is using looks suspiciously Communist.

Wow…looks like state SC’s in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona and now Nevada are all part of the “deep state”. Once can only wonder if SCOTUS has been similarly compromised by Soros, et. al.

And her wearing all that red, white, and blue, and the flag mask? Obvious attempt to appear patriotic and conceal her true motives to help steal the election.

You can say there’s a rational purpose to this and on some level it might even be true (fleecing the rubes yeah I get it) but still, no reasonably well-compensated person would dream of doing this. It’s humiliating and contemptible. It’s the disorder, and people who know about such things said it would get worse. This is the worse.

“We were not afforded an opportunity to write our brief or argue the case in front of the Court,” Nevada’s GOP wrote in a statement. “Full denial of legitimate due process and appellate rights is truly unprecedented, shocking and extraordinary.”

Granted, I’m not up to date on the judiciary rules in Nevada, but isn’t this due process? They presented a case in district court and were able to appeal to the Supreme Court, whose job includes deciding whether or not to hear a case. The Court decided that it was reasonable for the District Court to expect that they present “clear and convincing evidence” which sounds like the least that a plaintiff should expect to present.
It’s sad and embarrassing.

Tabulating machines gave IBM its earliest profits, and if that’s not Communism then I don’t know what is.

That’s not a tabulating machine. It’s clearly a ballot shredder, designed to shred only ballots cast for Chiselin’ Trump.

I have to imagine they’ll keep filing griftsuits even after the inauguration. It will be pitiful and I will laugh. Rubes will get fleeced, but fuck them.
