I’m of the opinion Trump will probably do his ‘biggest fraud in the history of this country’ routine, and threaten more suits, but instead divert the money elsewhere. But you may well be right.

He hasn’t quite reached Narcissistic Rage level. But damned close. Jill and Valerie (Biden’s sister) need to be ready to pounce on the lunatic if he goes physical on Joe. Here’s what Kohut says:
To the narcissist, the rage is directed towards the person that they feel has slighted them; to other people, the rage is incoherent and unjust. This rage impairs their cognition, therefore impairing their judgment. During the rage they are prone to shouting, fact distortion and making groundless accusations. I doubt that the Mango Maniac can overcome his essential cowardice to physically attack Biden; bullies seldom do anything but slink away when confronted by equal or greater strength. Also, Joe looks pretty spry and can probably handle the 300 lbs of Hellish Orange Deadweight.

Wrong! You had your chance and presented no evidence in your previous court appearances. The rule of law is based on fact supported by evidence, not opinion. Law is not religion where you can just make things up.

So Trump’s supporters really need to consider three scenarios to explain what’s happening: 1. Deep State opposition to Trump goes so far and deep that it has coopted the entire US judiciary system, including numerous judges appointed by Trump himself, along with Republican governors and election officials across the country; 2. Trump’s lawyers are so unbelievably incompetent that they can’t get even the lowest level courts to recognize a massive and obvious conspiracy to steal the election; 3. There was, um, no conspiracy to steal the election and Biden won.
The first case takes you straight to Pepe Silvia land, except crazier, and asks you to explain how Trump himself could have appointed the very judges, including SCOTUS justices, who are now shooting down every case he files. The second asks you to explain why Trump, the most glorious and brilliant Führer America has ever had, appears to hire the worlds stupidest and most incompetent legal counsel. The third, of course, asks you to accept reality, so I guess that’s right out.

What is equally as shocking as this decision is that the Nevada GOP apparently believes that saying there was voter fraud is proof of voter fraud. Bizarre.
