Does only corporate greed count for anything in America as SCOTUS always seems to rule in favor of money and not people? Have they never heard of externalities? Who ultimately pays for environmental degradation?

So Dear Leader will make his Iran decision within two weeks.

By coincidence, that’s when Infrastructure Week is scheduled to start.

Our corrupted SCOTUS has lost the respect of a large portion of the country. Democrats/liberals/progressives can’t help but notice the court’s tendency to support fascist power grabs. Fascists support SCOTUS when it rules in their favor and ignore it when it rules against their interests.

Thank you so much Mr. Justice Balls and Strikes.

I’ve discovered a fun game to play with MAGAs, and you can do it without appearing to criticize Trump. Wait for the subject of rising prices to come up (they always do) then ask if they know the tariff rates on particular countries.

Nobody knows! Hell, I can’t keep track, I suspect a lot of businesses don’t know until they get their customs bills, and I’m not sure even customs knows the correct info at a particular point in time.

The problem with the courts deciding against the administration is the administration is using Andrew Jackson’s apocryphal rejoinder, boiled down to “Go ahead and make me, nyaah nyaah.”

By the same token, I wonder if any of the people who have won monetary awards from their cases (E. Jean against Dear Leader, Sandy Hook against Alex Jones, etc.) will ever really collect. The wealthier your opponent, the easier it is for them to hide their ill-gotten gains.

Just another way the rich are different from you and I.

I work at a small family-owned manufacturing firm. We can never predict what customs will be on the few items we import. It’s a nightmare.

Oh?

When you observe which entity’s minions are snatching (seemingly) random brown people off the streets, empirical evidence suggests that you are a bullshitting Berk.
