Not off-hand, would have to go digging on the googles. There have been a number of cases touching on intel-connected people for other things that all of a sudden included that stuff when searches happened. Not like massively high-profile ones, but more the middle-range that gets a headline or two and then the case just disappears into the background.
And there have been some cases going further back where forensics examinations confirmed somehow that the individual never accessed the files that were on the hard-drive. Clearly the capability is there, there’s a lot of suspicions that it’s happened, just like with russians in 2016, there’s no way to conclusively prove that it is being used as a weapon.
