The CIA’s general counsel made a criminal referral — or at least, she thought she did — of a whistleblower’s complaint concerning President Donald Trump’s interactions with Ukraine’s president.

Criminal referral? I don’t see no criminal referral. Hey Billy, do you see a criminal referral? Naw, I don’t see no criminal referral. Sorry, babe, no criminal referral here, now run along…

When is a criminal referral not a criminal referral? When Bill Barr is on the receiving end.

Well when your boss’ name is all over the complaint…recusal time time for Barr?

Please keep repeating. It is ILLEGAL to solicit or accept political campaign assistance from a foreign entity! Impeach and convict the motherfucking ilegal.

All he had to do was “follow the law.”

“The Justice Department declined to pursue the case.”

Bill Barr has covered up more sh*t than the litterbox roadies on Grumpy Cat’s ill-fated Little Friskies Burrito-Bites Tour.

I was refreshing myself on Barr, and being reminded he goes back to helping cover up Iran-Contra.
He seems to believe that Republican POTUS can do anything, but of course we know how he felt about the Clinton impeachment.

Just a deeply, deeply corrupt person. Another of the “norms” we are going to need to revisit is the “wide discretion” we give the POTUS in picking his staff. A pretty common sense and civil way of doing things that falls apart when we start electing mafia Dons President.

Bill Barr, winner of the John Mitchell award for legal good citizenship.

The problem was that the CIA General Counsel is a lawyer, she knows a crime when she sees one. But she sent it to the DOJ, which is run by the Mob. The Mob saw nothing wrong with what Trump was doing.

I want to wash that dirty Barr’s mouth out with soap the next time the DOJ says something like:

““based on the facts and applicable law, that there was no X X violation and that no further action was warranted,”

“However, unnamed Justice Department officials told NBC News they didn’t consider the conversation to be a formal criminal referral — because it wasn’t in writing.”

Fine. Call their bluff and put it in fucking writing and shove it down their dickholes, lady.

But she won’t.

There are no heroes left.

POTUS often slammed for appointing inexperienced hacks, but William Barr played critical role in TWO previous Cover-ups -- Iran-Contra and Iraqgate. NO ONE more qualified for his current role! Sorry, haters, resumés don't lie! https://t.co/2oeF5nWyul

I think Fat Bill might even wind up being indicted. And I don’t think John Roberts is gonna be in a forgiving mood.

More like, “Hey, Mr. Trump, Bill Barr here, you might want to do something about the the CIA’s deep state counsel, she just sent over a referral to us. Don’t worry, I got your back.”

It will all come down to how John Roberts wants to be viewed in history. Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch are deeply, deeply corrupt, and I think Kav has not figure out what his best play is yet. Roberts is the 5th vote…

Barr is an expert with plenty of experience in successful cover-ups.
Also, too, I guarantee that he is preparing justifications for pardons for anyone who slips by and manages to get convicted of something. He has experience in that area too.

Yep, impeached, indicted, convicted, and disbarred.

OT:
When will the Democrats just up and declare that the DOJ OLC “guidance” that says Trump can’t be indicted doesn’t apply to a RICO operation style Executive Branch? Make the claim and make the Republics defend it in the public realm. It’s not a flipping law and we shouldn’t act like it is. Yea, yea enforcement issue. Public opinion though is equally important here and this is a good time to weigh in on this now that the polls are going toward impeachment. Scream for indictments, it’s the right thing to do.

Wow, this seems a lot more serious when the CIA’s top legal beagle gets stonewalled and thrown out with the trash by Barr’s minions.

Man, I do hope that now the CIA will retaliate and maybe drop more bombshells.

One would be the treasonous, I’m sure, word-for-word recording of Trump and those two Russkies in the Oval Office the day after Trumpy fired Comey.

Or, maybe a recording of Trumpy’s call to the Saudi prince about the murdered Saudi journalist?

Hey, how about any other still unknown quid pro quos that he engaged in with other foreign leaders?

I’ll even bet he’s done the same with the French, Germans, Poles and others who are too smart to so far come forward and state they were approached as well.
