House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said Tuesday on CNN that it’s “incredibly arrogant” for the Department of Justice to try to curtail special counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony, not least because Mueller already set the same parameters for himself.
Wait for their follow up memo later today instructing him not to testify.
Well Jerry, we’re going to see what you and the other Dems are made of tomorrow. Will you all grandstand for a sound bite you can use in a commercial or tamp down your egos, plan some sane questioning strategy and get to the bottom of this whole rotten mess?
I’m in sales. When a big deal is heading sideways or south, we engage in OOB thinking to change the tactics. Dems don’t really do that, they keep executing the same predictable plays. I used to be a NY Giants fan way back when Allie Sherman and Dan Reeves coached. Third and 8? A draw play, always, then followed by a punt. It was a fucking joke then, and the dems, like those coaches, have not shown the creativity to deal with this asymmetrical warfare being employed by the other team.
The administration is begging for impeachment hearings. Forget the “politics”. Do it. It’s time.

This is how pathetic dem leadership is. It took over 3 months to get the lead investigator to testify and some people heap praise on them for getting that! Are you f*cking kidding me?
Now before the testimony even happens, Nadler is out there admitting this clear cover up doesn’t actually change anything and the speaker of the house has already brushed aside the idea of this leading to an impeachment inquiry and is starting work on ‘messaging bills’ based on the report that no one will pay any attention to and are doa in the senate. F*ck party leadership. Pathetic, impotent cowards.

Ideally, this would pis Mueller off and he’d really open up, but I doubt it. He’ll likely stick to the script and the DOJ will tell cheatolini that they made him do it. Barr’s nose just keeps getting longer and browner and trump gets a free colonoscopy.

The House needs to hear Mueller’s testimony, the Speaker needs to cancel the first two weeks of the August recess, and the House needs to begin the impeachment inquiry.

So House Judiciary Chairman Jerry (Susan Collins) Nadler is so upset that he talks and talks about what bad boys Barr and company are. He need to start locking people up in the Congressional jail and use the full power of his committee, that is only thing that will work, they laugh at his words.
Since when does the witness, or his former employer, get to set the criteria for his testimony? The House needs to find itself a life coach to reinforce what it means to be a coEQUAL branch of government.
