Mo’s just pissed the insurrectionists didn’t succeed in their mission.

A man with a fool in the mirror.

Mo incited them, now he turns on them. Typical self-serving sentiments and avoidance of responsibility. Deplorable asshole.

How’s that bus feel, fools? Hope they lubed the underside.

That’s a very abrupt turn. It sounds like someone is running scared, not the usual “both sides! BLM!” nonsense. Do the Feds have incriminating Jan. 6th phone records on this guy?

Mo’s just upset they weren’t more heavily armed.

He’s a liar, a fool, and he’s scared. That should clinch him the nomination.

Mo Brooks incited the insurrectionists with some of the harshest rhetoric of the day. How do you square “kick ass and take names” with “reasoned debate” ? He is as guilty as the Proud Boys and the Oathkeepers. He has no rightful place in the House, and certainly not the Senate. Hopefully the DoJ will charge his fat ass with seditious conspiracy and end his plans for running for Sen. Shelby’s seat.

Rusted weather vain squeaks in vain attempt to catch the wind.

At least he knows which way the wind is blowing.

Or square "Our ancestors sacrificed their blood, . . . and sometimes their lives . . . Are you willing to do the same?” with “Anyone with a brain larger than a pea knew that I was not advocating violence.”

But the fool on the hill
Sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head
See the world spinning round

And nobody seems to like him
They can tell what he wants to do

I think you left out the part where he weeble wobbled back by attacking AL.com,

Brooks also tweeted criticism of the AL.com interview on Saturday for apparently mischaracterizing his stance on allegations of voter fraud.

He accused the publication of inserting the words “baseless” or “unproven” in reference to his comments about allegations of voter fraud the 2020 presidential election, when he in fact stood by the evidence-free claims.

“2020 voter fraud & illegal voting was real & massive. Sigh,” he wrote.

He later added: “Our ancestors sacrificed their blood, their sweat, their tears, their fortunes and sometimes their lives to give us, their descendants, an America that is the greatest nation in world history. So I have a question for you: Are you willing to do the same?”

I read this with hope he’s referring to our 18th century ancestors, but with a sinking feeling, understand he’s actually referencing his southern 19th century plantation ancestry.

I know because I saw his 23 and thee still not free report.

“We were going to have a debate on the House and Senate floors about voter fraud and election theft and that message, those facts, did not get out through the news media,” Brooks said.

I think he should count his 1.3 billion blessings that didn’t come to pass. Don’t believe me, just ask Fox or the gargoyle…sorry…kraken lady.

P.S. I realize what’s said on the House floor is protected speech, but, please, work with me here.

It’s interesting to see Brooks is abandoning the white supremacist base that he’s going to have to depend on to win the Senate seat in Alabama…I wonder what that says about the polling in the race.

You betcha. But Trump’s people have had something on him for five years, so he can’t just change direction on a dime.

See, that’s the thing: Those were not his target audience that day nor in the preceding months.
