I think he spoke the truth yesterday. He beat covid. So now that he figures he’s immune, doesn’t matter what happens to anyone else.
All of the above.
It’s easy. Mr. Ellison is a Muslim. He also has been accused of domestic violence against a girlfriend. He has multiple sclerosis. Trump’s lackeys could attack him with a thousand cuts to discredit him in no time at all. They wouldn’t care if half of any of it was a lie. It has “been reported.”
I sincerely hope so.
First we have exponential virus spread … actually no … first we had exponential growth of absurdity, and the people became immune.
In all probability what the prosecutors are waiting for is the conclusion by the medical examiner as to the cause of death. Yes we all “know” what killed Mr. Floyd, but you need to make it official to make the charging document.
Radical leftist Muslim.
Plus that other thing.
Twitler ain’t gonna like this one…
Suspected of reporting while black, after showing credentials.
The white reporter was allowed to stay and continue reporting without having to prove anything.
Immune, or infected? We are definitely not immune to the Trump Pandemic. We are all infected, and the disease is malaise, depression, poverty, and numbness. Oh, and anger.
I don’t get it! We see an officer purposely cutting off the air supply of Mr. Floyd as he lay down on the asphalt. Additionally, we see two (2) other officers participating in restricting Mr. Floyd’s movement to the mid and lower sections of his body. Not to mention that Mr. Floyd was handcuffed behind his back prior to being put in this position. Additionally, at no point did I see any officers attempting to render any aid to Mr. Floyd. In fact, one of those sons of a bitches was taunting Mr. Floyd, ordering him to get up! Mr. Floyd replied I can’t, he also told them he was unable to breathe and NOT ONE OF THOSE FUCKERS DID ANYTHING! NOT ONE!. An EMT attendant begged 16 fucking times, LET ME TAKE HIS PULSE and were purposely blocked from doing so! So what is the problem with at least apprehending these monsters and placing them in the cells where they all belong. Clearly, they are a threat to the public at large. They all are MURDERERS with fucking badges! LOCK THEM UP!!!
Look at me putting words in your mouth > ----------------------------------------------^
Then Trump can praise those who stepped out of line.
I suppose LEOs and their like-minded cosplaytriots might take that as a “shoot to kill” order.
Am I missing something? Is Ellison passing this to another prosecuting authority, because he’s recusing himself?
And why would he do that? Because of his race?
i"m surely missing something…
No herd immunity to that, and certainly no cure nor vaccine. Worse all attempts to “flatten the curve” have failed and it’s growing more virulent and dangerous by the day. Thank Senators Collins, Gardner, Alexander, Murkowsky & Scott (I might be missing a few more “moderates” or “mavericks” ) for releasing the unconstrained strain of the Trump Plague on the population. I hope they have learned their lessons.
#1, The rule is that when the cuffs are on the violence stops.
#2. the cop had a long history of that kind of thing, with official complaints on his record.
#3 there is actually a law in Minn. that prohibits other cops from NOT intervening.
#4 The legal system can arrest for 1 charge, then add more later.
#5 A store security camera showed that at no time did he resist, yet the cop’s official report said he did resist.
#6 Arresting is not a guilty finding in court, it is saying that there is enough evidence to reasonably assume there is guilt.
Had the cop been simply arrested, none of the resulting violence and protests would have happened, the city gave them 2 days of all talk and no action by every official person that could have done something - even the speeches were lame and unconvincing.
Beyond belief, the cop heard dogs barking and feared for his life? Reasonably? I wonder what he did when he saw kittens, run in fear?
Oh, FFS, I wasn’t defending the cop at all. Just stating the fucking fact that it’s hard to get charges to stick on cops, no matter how obvious the video is.
Remember the Castle case, where the cop murdered the guy who was legally carrying a pistol? Acquitted.
Many other cases like that, same result.
So if they’re taking the time to do charges right, that will stick, that’s not a bad thing. Far worse would be to be too reactive and charge prematurely, and have the case fall apart.
I agree. Those of us here are indeed infected by the absurdity of it all with many of the symptoms you mention. I was thinking of a few bothsiders I know and the generally politically apathetic / obtuse.
