Former Vice President Mike Pence is expected to announce publicly as soon as Wednesday during a pre-campaign stop in Iowa that he will fight a grand jury subpoena arising from Special Counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 investigation, Politico reports.
Jack Smith (at least the parody Jack Smith) is a true romantic.

Pence’s lawyer is Emmet Flood, who represented then-Vice President Dick Cheney in the Valerie Plame affair.
Pence to fight subpoena, so not so law and order, maybe he is not Mr. Clean after all.

The asshole killer is Anthony mccrae. No motive is known yet.

What does the Speech and Debate Clause have to do with conversations with the President? He never spoke or debated on the Senate or House Floor. Plus, the clause applies to the Legislative Branch, not the Executive Branch.

Sorry Mike, you more or less did the right thing that day but you don’t get to hide behind the constitution in criminal matters. Do you have something to hide? I read about one student who graduated from Oxford High School and is now attending MSU. Completely freaked. These poor kids, their families and friends.
