…Docter’s smart phone…

I’m guessing he’s got only a stupid phone. Call it a hunch.

He’s 21 years old. In other words, his reality is about to be upended in a very bad way.

I hope he learns from this.

Both felony charges carry a 20-year maximum sentence

Harsh but fair.

I doubt he’ll serve close to that but hopefully he’ll learn something.

He’s learning something all the time, from the wrong people and the wrong sources.

Multiple threatening comments were allegedly posted by Docter on iFunny

I dread to think what’s being posted on iVeryFunny.

Michigan resident Joshua Docter, 21, is charged with one count of threat of terrorism and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. Both felony charges carry a 20-year maximum sentence, according to Docter’s charging document filed Monday.

Is there a Docter in the big house?

Joshua Docter, 21, turned himself in Tuesday and was formally charged with one count of false report or threat of terrorism one count of using a computer commit a crime, both 20-year felonies.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office says Docter posted the threats on the social media site iFunny in January, allegedly saying he would shoot and kill Biden, Pelosi and Whitmer in effort to prompt a revolution. A Tuesday release from the office added that Docter had instructions to build a bomb on his cellphone.

In a statement released to News 8 Tuesday, Docter’s parents Bret and Erin Docter said they were “shocked” by the charges he faces and that they are working with attorneys.

“As a family, we were shocked to learn of the charges against our son. We are in process of evaluating them and working with legal counsel to consider our next steps. We respectfully ask for privacy at this most difficult time.”

You could perhaps ask yourself yourselves how you might have contributed in some small way.

This guy’s not a real Docter, but he cosplays one with his buddies, and soon, in prison.

Attention Republicans, this is what a real non-doctor looks like. You can lay off Dr. Jill Biden now.

So that Mensa membership was all for nought. Alas.

All these people that have been running around sniping at people, both literally and figuratively, because they thought Trump was going to protect them, are in for a dose of reality and a rude awakening. Administrations come and go, but felonies tend to be pretty sticky. Justice is coming.

Oh, he’ll learn many things. It is prison after all.

If he is involved in anything conspiratorial, might he trade it on on a Flip Phone?

At least his mom will be able to rent out her basement now.

They’re “shocked” at the charges, not shocked at what their son has allegedly done. Also “evaluating” the charges with legal counsel.

Maybe they will check it for spelling and grammatical errors.

I just wish one of his parents was actually a Doctor.

Yeah, evaluating. They’ll come up with something.

He actually did spend a semester at Hope College in 2017. It’s a good and expensive school, although not without a certain tilt to the right.

I guess he got bored after that.
