McConnell also dangled the possibility of Manchin keeping his seat as the chair of the Senate Energy Committee if the West Virginia lawmaker were to switch sides.
Blue Hydrogen, Grey Hydrogen, Brown Hydrogen…who cares at this point? Incumbent hydrocarbon producers are not our friends.

I’m sure Manchin recognizes gas lighting when he sees it. If he falls for McConnell’s blatant manipulation and self serving power grab I’ll lose what little respect I have for him. I think Manchin will bold but if he does it will be his last term in office. In his last election he won via plurality. 49.5 % but the GOP’er in the race got 45%. TH e rest went to some redneck clown of a Libertarian. No way he gets democratic voter support as a GOP’er. And no way a hard core GOP’er votes for him. He has NO chance at reelection if he bolts but I’ll bet he does just to be a chicken shit punk.

Because McConnell and his party are effectively fascist they do not participate in government. They do not legislate or provide conscientious oversight. They perform. They clown and lie and undermine. That’s all they do. That’s all this is.

Was driving down Connecticut Ave. in NW DC yesterday, near Comet Pizza, and was passed by a black Maserati. Thought it might be our buddy Joe. Sped up and came up next to the car at the next light so I could give him the finger. No luck. Just some Ward 3, rich blond woman. I tried.
