The whole courtroom exchange was strange. They lawyer constantly interrupting to “protect” the employees he wasn’t representing. The company could have resolved by simply presenting the documented I-9 information for each employee. You know, the stuff you have to have for any job before you can officially start working. Surely they had that right? :rofl:
