To be fair…it wasn’t quite THAT bad. If it was…my ear would be bleed…shit!!!
My husband is a Cleveland fan. Still hoping for that World Series win (so sad that they traded Lindor )
In the case of Trump shooting a man on 5th Avenue vs the American people the Republican Party sides with the shooter.
Matty’s Funday Funnies? Not sure what your point is. You were a decade older than your sis watching decade old cartoons. Everyone seems to want to argue mindless minutia.
Theory plays a big role here. Super smart, Harvard educated lawyers like Cruz and Hawley know that the majority is simply wrong and they are compelled to cast a “not guilty” vote as a matter of conscience.
Of course not. I’m not a lawyer. Your post presumes you are, but not a good one.
Folks, impeachment has already done a lot for us. The 2nd impeachment froze Trump in his tracks, prevented him from inciting more violence, alerted the entire federal gov’t to stop listening to him, made the transition easier, and enabled the transfer of power to Biden/Harris without further incident. Trump completely lost legitimacy as POTUS by the morning of 1/7. That’s why Biden has been able to shift things into overdrive to the point where he might get ahead of this virus by early March. Impeachment did all of that. Anything we get now is gravy.
Somewhere in between “some” and “plenty.”
Every time that is brought up, I realize how confident they all were that they had it all covered. It makes me despise them even more.
" Trump Lawyer Appears To Compare Impeachment To Maoism"
Yep. “Impeach me for inciting an insurrection, will you? Well, then I will use your impeachment trial to incite another insurrection!!!”
The doctorate from Trump U. is probably the best one to have. Real former president running that shit, and an amazing businessman, never lost a dime in his life.
That was directed at the other guy.
"Senators, I speak to you today in the hallowed grounds of democracy, where a mob encouraged by my client ... wait, wait, let me start over."

Quite the mutha plucker.
He’s speaking to a different audience; accuracy is utterly beside the point.
The only audience where a Republican considers accuracy an asset is a private one.

Anything we get now is gravy.
I want him convicted of just one crime and then I want him kicked into oblivion. He can even be covered with some sort of gravy from KFC.
