Legal Experts Slam Judge’s Approval Of Trump’s Special Master Request

The judge in question was heard mumbling something to the effect of “YESSSS MASTER” with a distant look in her eye.

He wanted copies for supposedly his eyes only so he could view the classified evidence DOJ has. It was too clever of him but I don’t think she granted that request.

Everyone should also know that if Donnie’s appeal is heard by two Clinton/Obama appointees, he’s gonna try and make any adverse ruling about ‘Democrat judges.’

Thanks for the clarification on Trusty.

For this level of jurisprudence, Kris Kobotch would be in order.

None of it is. This site is better than most, but it does lean heavily on tweets, which is just a fucking abomination. We’re reading “content” produced by “content producers” who write a set-up, then post every half-assed tweet that mentions the issue. It’s do-it-yourself journalism.

Corruption pure and simple.

After thinking on this for a few hours Neal Katayal offers this.

Correct me please if I’m wrong. DOJ is allowed to assess whether Trump’s possession of the docs has done damage to national security, but they’re enjoined from further investigation of the criminality of Trump’s possession of the docs?

It’s always Upside-Down day in Trumpworld.

Well, since the Rethugs have decided that it is OK to be a lawless country, the DOJ should just go ahead and investigate any old way they want to. Screw this “judge’s” edict. If they can be utterly lawless, we can too.

The average American looks at this garbage and understands the game is rigged,as it usually is where white collar crime is involved…people so ardently in Trumps corner regardless of the consequences to the Republic and our collective future are winning by lying, cheating and neutralizing the consequences of criminality. We aretortured by the sheer prospect that this slow moving coup on the judicial and elective front is going to succeed and there is literally nothing that will be accomplished by people in the tenuous position to do so…

Hey, if they had wanted to honour precedent, they’d have done it today:

"Remember, remember!
The fifth of November,

The Gunpowder Republicans’ treason and plot;
I know of no reason

Why the Gunpowder Republicans’ treason
Should ever be forgot!

Guy Fawkes Orange Julius and his companions
Did the scheme contrive,
To blow the
King Presidency and Parliament Congress
All up alive".

etcetcetc…

I would think fireworks and some additional festivities would be in order, our British breathren would be able to help us out with some pointers on this - we could consider calling it “The Guy’s Fucked Day”

Women have an additional reason to vote. In addition to your correctly described concerns, there are the issues associated with Dobbs.

The combination of both sets of concerns bodes well for us in November.

And when we win, watch the change in our country.

Trump has different set of rules for anything I can think of. That is the problem.

Nothing a rehearing en banc can’t fix - question “of exceptional importance,” don’t you see.

Have been watching and I want to rolf…the Cult effect is seemingly never ending…judicial,Senate, successful Gerrymandering in FL. and elsewhere ,missing potentially incriminating electronic evidence at Pentagon,Ice,HSA, Secret Service, inspector generals and AGs that stifle investegations, unvarnished and obvious lies that double down every day…love your optimism…where are the good guys winning?

Well, of course. Otherwise, it’s, “sooo unfair.”
