Well then it doesn’t sound like he is sick, more like missing in action.

I find it hard to believe his office and personal phone would be disconnected because of Covid.

According to the court filing, Pierce’s associate, Ryan Marshall, told the court on August 25 that the attorney was “on a ventilator and non-responsive” while being treated for COVID-19, then apparently hedged the next day and said that he hadn’t personally spoken with Pierce…

Well, it’s difficult to speak with someone when he is on a ventilator.

I’m sure it’s not legally possible, but I think they should just assign them all public defenders and go ahead with the trials, full speed ahead.

WTF is it with these grifters. First it’s the grifter in chief, TMFWWNBN, catching it before the election then pretending it was nothing. The the RWNJ gasbags start dropping like flies in the Cub outfield. Now it’s the lawyer for the seditionists.

Karma isn’t a bitch but she obviously knows what she’s doing.

So for a one man lawyering outfit is 17 clients a tad too many clients? I mean it’s not like they’re all in one state, so their hearings are not being held in one location, right?
How long before a judge declares that Pierce’s clients are not being represented?

Sounds like this guy has many issues: legal, financial, and personal. He may be on the lam working under an assumed name at a Kansas mall managing the local Cinnabun franchise.

Covid spreads through phone and cable lines.

Last January, nobody had heard of Zoom, and there were 15 cases, trending down to zero.

Now everyone uses zoom and covid is everywhere.

I was thinking something similar but more like jailed.

ETA: If Jan 6 was an insurrection the release of those accused based on prima facie evidence doesn’t seem very logical particularly now that the conservative SCOTUS appears to be defenestrating the principle of precedent.

If Pierce is a true Trumper he would be managing an Orange Julius.

Hence, the vaccine microchip gambit. It creates a force field that COVID can’t penetrate electronically.

WiFi COVID is another matter. Being air gapped is no protection, so masks are still required.

before the teen’s family fired the attorney, claiming he had stolen from Rittenhouse’s legal defense fund.

Hm…how are the other 17 clients’ legal defense funds looking these days? Or perhaps he’s died?
