National Economic Council director Larry Kudlow attempted to explain his rationale behind his baseless claim earlier this month that COVID-19 was “contained” during an interview on ABC News Sunday morning.

Contained? Just to earth. Unless Donnie’s Space Farce has taken it to the moon.

Like when Trump speaks, Kudlow should be ignored.

Forever.

Jesus, Christ, Mnuchin looks like a saint compared to Kudlow. Ain’t that somethin’?

The facts are contained. It’s the outright lying that’s not.

Why is it when Republicans lie they kill people?

OR, Larry Kudlow, instead of being reactive to facts as they happen, you could actually PLAN. You could have a pandemic response team. You could even name it after Trump, if that’s what it took. You could listen to experts, not half-assed gasbags like yourself.

Larry, the facts didn’t change. Your and the president’s perception of the facts changed. And it still hasn’t changed enough.

Is there any political appointee in this maladministration who’s not a dolt, a buffoon and a liar?

Wow. I think I’ll just lie right to your face.
This guy has always thought that if you dress well and say something with great conviction and a deep voice, it’s true. Like when he was recommending internet stocks in 2000.
A personification of GOP madness–well before Trump.

“Facts” = What Trump wanted to hear

The trumptards had a set of facts that suited their narrative.

The medical experts and epidemiologist had other facts.

Hello seehowtheyrun.

I haven’t seen anyone from The Hill in ages.

let’s not do the “-tards” suffix here, ok?

thanks, all.

“A lot of people were agreeing” with that. Except none of them were public health experts. People like Kudlow (and Trump) think they know enough, whereas in actual fact they know so little that they don’t usually know where they should look to get appropriate information. Nobody should give this guy any credence.
