JUST IN: Abrego Garcia On Way Back To U.S.

The Trump administration is finally abiding by a court order and returning the wrongfully deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States, ABC News reports, but in a face-saving maneuver he will face new criminal charges for allegedly transporting undocumented migrants. As part of the Trump administration’s propaganda campaign to obscure its error in deporting…

Facilitating undocumented immigrants maybe a crime, but it’s also a moral responsibility that every single human has under a regime of hate. It is your obligation to reject the hate.

Remember, Abraham entertained the migrating angels. His cousin Lot, gave them shelter. It was the people of Sodom who abused the immigrants.

Call me suspicious, but suddenly finding informants against a guy they picked up by accident… and for a different gang than they named at first…???..

Well, they had informants against Hunter Biden, too.

Pam Bondi is evil, carrying out the evil wishes of her master.

Let’s not forget that when Trump was boinking his very sexy single future wives Ivana and Melania, he, too, was “facilitating undocumented immigrants.” What’s the stature of limitations for this federal offense?

I am hoping against hope that the Tennessee judge requires Abrego Garcia to appear in person, so that when the Judge denies the request for pre-trial detention, he can tell Abrego Garcia “you are free to go” and not give ICE room for any extra fuckery.

Also, i do not believe one word of the indictment. This government has forfeited the benefit of the doubt.

This whole story is so convoluted and ridiculous that, were it presented as a movie treatment, it would have been laughed out of every studio.

First, it appears that the government had every ability to return Abrego Garcia at any point after mistakenly deporting him and only chose to do so now. Second, there is only one specific incident referenced in the Indictment, which is the stop in Tennessee in 2022—about which we have known all along and which was the subject of an earlier proceeding in which Abrego Garcia was released without charges. Third, the actions of the CC’s in this case are far more serious than those alleged against Abrego Garcia, who is alleged to have transported undocumented migrants within the United States. The CC’s appear to have been the ringleaders of a conspiracy to illegally transport migrants into the United States from various countries. I suspect we may hear soon that the CC’s have been granted immunity and that they were initially “made available” to the U.S. government by the El Salvadoran government. Fourth, one of the most incendiary allegations against Abrego Garcia–that he abused female migrants he was allegedly transporting–is based on a conversation between one CC and another, in which the first CC told the second one that he “heard” that Abrego Garcia had abused the females. That’s about as thin as it gets. It may well be that Abrego Garcia has done some or all of the things alleged against him in this indictment, but this whole thing smells very, very fishy.

Does Pam Bondi look like a lawyer who can win a criminal case? What about the Trumpers who have taken positions in the Trump DOJ?

I have a hunch Garcia is going to be well lawyered. Trump might think he can railroad Garcia but this is going to be interesting.

I cannot wait to see how Trump’s DOJ fucks up this obvious show trial.

For chrissakes, does he have overdue library books, too? Bury the guy in unfounded charges, so he can have his life ruined, one way or another; it doesn’t matter to the regime how it goes down. They’re sadistic monsters who grew up pulling the wings off flies.

Question for those more acquainted with federal contempt law. Does the belated compliance of the Trump regime DOJ with the order to return Mr Garcia automatically foreclose seeking contempt of court? I suspect it’s moot by curious if anyone knows better than me.

Bondi looks like a smug PoC. Jesus, that mug is DEMANDING a Backpfeichen!

Garcia is extremely unlikely to be convicted of any crime or even thought to be credibly associated with any gang. Trump’s crooked lawyer Bondi is just offering BS for right wing media and Trump to obfuscate their capitulation.

My guess is Mr Garcia has an excellent chance of seeking civil damages against the regime.

Almost all the good lawyers left the regime’s DOJ and even a competent attorney will have trouble with this case.

You could take every dumb blond joke and make them about Pam Blondi, and they’d all be just as funny.

true, but, we don’t know if these charges even have any validity. In fact the DOJ’s top prosecutor in Nashville, just resigned over this,
