Sexual assault/abuse is pretty awful. Just because he didn’t penetrate, doesn’t mean it wasn’t a sexual assault.

Covfefe girl?

He always has the same retort whenever he’s been found guilty of something. His responses are so predictable. The man doesn’t have one creative bone in his body to come up with anything new. He’s got early stage dementia. I’m convinced of it. He perseverates and uses the same repetitive bullshit lines over and over again. I wish he would just stroke out.

I don’t know. I also am not a lawyer. I’m just guessing as to why they didn’t find that he raped her.

I’m just happy that they found that he sexually assaulted her and awarded her $5,000,000.

I am not so sure. Trump could literally shoot somebody on Fifth Ave. and not lose much of his base. For independents and women, however, this proves that his Bush interview was NOT just locker room talk, it was his habit and his attitude toward women. That can’t help attract the woman half of the Electorate.

A test which they will pass with flying colors.

This world isn’t a normal world. In a normal world, this guy would’ve been marginalized years ago. In this world we have now, he is celebrated and given all kinds of accolades by far too many people.

That’s a gross overestimation.

There has to be forced penetration in order for it to be rape. Ms. Carroll said that she could “barely feel it inside her”.

It was a Federal case, and according to Federal definition, a finger counts as rape, even a tiny one. Must have been a holdout or two on that point, as it were.

It was never about the money, and CNN’s reporting suggesting this is borderline slanderous, which is pretty brave considering the person they are slandering just won a defamation case.

“I simply cannot imagine that CNN or New Hampshire Republicans are going to give him a free pass,” Sesno said. “But if they do, shame on them.”

Add another line item to the list of things that our elites couldn’t imagine happening.

If he doesn’t he is going to be in a vile mood - and so angry he is likely to lose control. Who knows what he will say. And that’s why CNN won’t cancel.

Remember Trump is mostly supported by White Evangelical Christians. They will believe anything they are told by their leaders most of whom are experienced at denying sexual assault and rape charges. White Evangelical Women are taught to submit to the men in their congregations. This won’t change a single vote for Trump in that group.

What this case will do is encourage some in his movement to who thinks they are stars to sexually assault more women they encounter in their communities.

Sexual assault and forcible touching are both lesser-includeds for rape. So if they check “Yes” for rape, it necessarily means “Yes” for the other two. But of course, the jury could screw things up with inconsistent answers, so it’s better to just have them skip those questions if they can.

Seems reasonable. She also had the two corroborating witnesses who said the iDJiT assaulted them, too. The rape charge may have been a bridge too far, but I think she had to go there.

Basically, the law is stupid. Because Trump has a tiny penis, he doesn’t get convicted of rape.

That makes Trump the biggest witch of all time.

And a big loser.
