Trump is broke. That is what this is about. I’m always amused that people resist this, but it’s pretty clear that Trump is out of cash. Trump is not the only person completely invested in commercial real estate who is flush with cash. Many of his real estate assets are heavily mortgaged with at least $400M in personally guaranteed loans coming due. Who’s extending this guy more loans on commercial real estate the value of which today is unknowable? No one, that’s who.

I would love to hear supreme court justice Kavanaugh‘s barstool interpretation of this finding.

So let’s look at the front page of TPM right now: the guy who is accused quite convincincly of rape just got to put three SC justices on the bench. Sure, makes sense.

Tax payers should not be defending a private action even if preformed by a public person esp. if if occurred before that person became a public figure.

Dear Leader is going to be pissed that he is not considered “dear” and that the voters will reject his delusion of being a beloved “leader.”

Yup.

DoJ as the President’s personal law firm would likely be allowed by this court. The best solution is to make it a moot point by voting Trump out next week.

Justice Kavanaugh likes beer.

That’s his judicial philosophy.

“However, this case and decision should not be considered as setting a precedent for possible future cases, and can definitely never be used to support the claims of any Democratic president.”
