Judge Says he Will Sanction Mike Lindell For ‘Frivolous’ Claims Against Smartmatic

A federal judge on Thursday said he would sanction MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell for making baseless legal claims against the voting machine manufacturers Dominion and Smartmatic, including at least one against Smartmatic that he said “falls on the frivolous side of the line.”

It’s bedtime here on my side of the Atlantic, and this is a nice note to end the day on.

Nighty-night, all!

Lindell is an idiot and gets what he deserves. The attorney who filed Lindell’s complaint should be brought up on charges and his/her law license revoked permanently. No reasonable attorney would have filed such a law suit in the first place.

Making baseless legal claims is all the rage in the cult of personality fka the republican party. They have far too much $$$ at their disposal and it even seems as though they feel some prominent members of the judicial community will ultimately have their backs (roberts court and it’s decidedly pro-$$$ tilt).

But will he shut up? Not likely.

He will feed on this negative attention. Until someone ends his company financially, he will still just be another idiot looking for attention. Like Trump, his mother likely neglected him and his father likely beat him.

A few days ago I was watching an old movie on a channel that still airs Lindell’s commercials. He starts off the commercial for some sort of My Pillow products (apparently they’ve diversified) by claiming that forces, including TV, are trying to cancel/silence him and his company, but knows the good people watching will continue to support them by buying his crap products. It was pretty pathetic.

I came across one of those by chance. I was surprised he was still advertising but they ran at least two more in the program I had on (not really watching). I hope he remains miserable!

Be warned of the awesome powers of Mike Lindell.

The picture is evidence that Lindell can, at will, summon the magic MAGA hat to alight in his hand.

Depends. (Sorry, I’ll show myself out.) Lindell didn’t expect to be asked to present evidence.

When will Mike Lindell be indicted, arrested, and jailed. Then maybe someone will put him out of his misery

I totally agree with a previous writer that Lindell’s attorneys should be sanctioned, however I also think that someone (a relative?) of Lindell’s should begin the commitment process, since he is obviously insane and could become a danger to himself and others. One could imagine him attacking in-line voters with pillows. A pillow fight with police until tazzed. Hell, his support of the Orange Asshole’s “Big Lie” should be enough to put his sleazy ass in an orange jumpsuit. Let’s not wait until headlines blast out that he’s been arrested for a “mass pillowing in Chicago!”

The trouble is that in the fevered mind of the conspiracy theorist, the lack of evidence is the evidence that they are correct. It’s a mental illness at this point where they’ve completely abandoned their tethers to reality and slipped into a delusion that “feels good” compared to the reality they apparently struggle against.
