Rudy will end up yet another mysterious “suicide.”

I’ll think they’ll show up because otherwise co-conspirator #x may flip against Trump.

I bet Trump’s donors and Giuliani’s previous admirers are getting tired of backing Losers and these two guys are obviously sliding fast. There’s no loyalty among the sycophants, their loyalty is only transactional.

Rudy is apparently lacking something in terms of his self-valuation.
At this time, I’d think it perfectly reasonable for him to set up a serious proffer session with Jack Smith, if not late in the game.

Wow. That is pretty bad.
I’d be surprised if he makes it through the winter.

Rudy is too busy destroying his life with alcohol to mount any defense - where the hell are his lawyers in this debacle? I could almost have empathy for him if he hadn’t been such a shit heel for his entire life.

Amid all this there’s another important story: there has been a delay in sentencing Enrique Tarrio. Why the delay has not been clear from the reports I’ve heard; anyone have insight? – it could be for a significant reason.

The case is important not just for the fact that the prosecution is seeking 33 years, the longest to date (which could be precedential for future prosecutions).

It’s also important for the fact that such a long sentence has been requested for someone not even physically present in Washington at the time of the attack, let alone inside the Capitol Building. Think of the bearing that could have on the case against Fatso and his co-conspirators. Insurrection doesn’t just mean violently attacking the institutions of government. The fact that the prosecution wants a harsher sentence for the person planning and instigating a portion of the assault does not bode well for the orange piece of shit.

And when being asked if he plans on running again no less.

Sentencing hearings for Enrique Tarrio and another Proud Boys leader in the Jan. 6 seditious conspiracy case were postponed Wednesday after the presiding judge called out sick, federal authorities told NBC News.

The abrupt cancellation of a sentencing hearing for Tarrio, the former leader of the far-right group who faces potential decades in prison, was initially chalked up to an unspecified “emergency” by the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, D.C.

But a spokesperson for the U.S. Marshals Service told NBC that the sentencing was canceled because presiding Judge Timothy Kelly was sick.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. District Court in D.C. confirmed to CNBC that there was no security emergency at the courthouse.

Civil…

And, criminal:

                                 (Covert) Act 56.

On or about the 10th day of December 2020, RUDOLPH WILLIAM LOUIS GIULIANI committed the felony offense of FALSE STATEMENTS AND WRITINGS, in

Violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-10-20, in Fulton County, Georgia, by knowingly, willfully, and unlawfully making at least one of the following false statements and representations to members of the Georgia House 0f Representatives present at a House Governmental Affairs Committee meeting:

  1. That it is quite clear from the State Farm Arena Video from November 3, 2020, that Fulton County election workers were stealing votes and that Georgia officials were covering up a crime in plain sight;

  2. That at State Farm Arena on November 3, 2020, Democratic officials “got rid of all of the reporters, all the observers, anyone that couldn’t be trusted,” used the excuse of a watermain break, cleared out the voting area and then “went about their dirty, crooked business”;

  3. That between 12,000 and 24,000 ballots were illegally counted by Fulton County election workers at State Farm Arena on November 3, 2020;

  4. That in Michigan, there were 700,000 more ballots counted than were sent out to voters in the November 3, 2020, presidential election, which was accounted for by quadruple counting ballots;

  5. That Ruby Freeman, Shaye Moss, and an unidentified man were “quite obviously surreptitiously passing around USB ports as if they’re vials of heroin or cocaine” at State Farm Arena to be used to “infiltrate the crooked Dominion voting machines”;

  6. That 96,600 mail-in ballots were counted in the November 3, 2020, presidential election in Georgia, despite there being no record of those ballots having been returned to a county elections office;

said statements being Within the jurisdiction of the Office of the Georgia Secretary of State and
the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, departments and agencies of state government, and county and city law enforcement agencies. This was an act of racketeering activity under O.C.G.A. § 16- 14-3 (5)(A)(xxii) and an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.

No worries Jules. Donnie will pay it for you.

What donnie seems to be doing in getting others to foot the gift to Rudy would be seriously demeaning assuming Rudy is self aware. It’s only reasonable that Rudy would seek to damage trump now.

We didn’t get the thorazine and straight jacket without medical intervention; but, the rubber room without a firm date for a dispositive hearing was a possibility, at least for a while.
