Sure, but the most readily-available sanction is against the lawyers for violating Rule 11 by signing a frivolous, bad-faith lawsuit. Trumpās personal conduct isnāt really before the court so much as it is for the attorneys. He has plausible deniability if it comes to sanctions. The lawyers do not.
