Do you think she will face some sanction from the higher ups in the court? I thought the ‘lifetime appointment’ meant she was unassailable? People can COMPLAIN but so what? That guy in Texas who keeps trying to gut Obama-care (like HE is ‘forum-shopping’ personified!) is still in office and has never been given a legal shut-down.

Defendants probably haven’t incurred any costs of court. Donnie paid the filing fee, and there probably have not been any expenses for court reporters and such because this was dismissed on the pleadings. The real money is the attorney fees incurred by the defendants (which are not considered “costs of court”).

A Lifetime appointment is not a ticket to ride. She’s in good shape if she keeps her shit level low but if she crosses her profession she’ll lose the real protection she has. Peer approval. If she just goes ball’s to the wall Trumper she’ll run afoul with the Gods of her profession. They have appearances to keep up.

“Harm” being related only to the case?
I could list a boatload (think several container ships worth) of harm done to just America by trump. Were I to expand it globally I would first list the over 6 million dead (low estimate) from covid which is continuing to kill and sicken. And this would be a dispassionate listing. The visceral hatred would come later.
