Roger Stone is a vile human being, and I am being generous…

Stone is exactly the kind of person who consistently craps on the rules to achieve nefarious ends, yet when caught over the line expects the fine print of the rules (and special interpretations of them) to defend his naked interests. Deplorable, just like she said.

So when is he going to jail?

Shorter Judge Berman-Jackson: “No backsies”

Not soon, in my opinion. His attorneys will almost certainly request that the start of his sentence be delayed due to covid-19, and the request will likely be granted.

In denying the order, the judge also lifted the gag order she had placed on Stone in the case, which she imposed after he published on social media several inflammatory posts, including a photo of the judge herself with a crosshairs graphic over her shoulder.

Truth be told, Judge Berman has been lenient with Roger Stone!

Stone had been an ardent Nixon support and he betrayed America by conspiring with Putin through Assange (an accused rapist) delivering the Covidiot Megalomanic to the WH…who has caused thousands of Americans to unnecessarily die during a pandemic all because of Me-Me-Me-Me mentality!

So in you go to jail ASAP and rot in jail if Covid will not get to you first, you traitorous scumbag!

I believe you are right – he’ll never serve jail time.

Now, when the heck is Flynn’s turn to be sentenced? (he won’t serve time either…)

We gotta start circulating this with respect to Stone.

Trump will pardon him. He’ll not go to jail.

Who knew that just doing things for a good time and a few laughs could be, you know, illegal and subject you to jail time?

I wouldn’t go that far, unless you assume a november pardon parade.

It’ll be a parade the likes of which has never been seen.

Some of us remember the Iran-Contra coverup.

Who is going to break it to Stone that he is now irrelevant? And Roger it Trump pardon’s you, you will still be a convicted felon.

Yes, but the Iran-Contra coverup encompassed many people doing the biding of one person to accomplish one goal. Now in the time of Trump there the parade will encompass many, many more individuals. Individuals that were enriching Trump and themselves, wrecking havoc throughout the US government, and did I mention the enriching part.

OT but you mentioned parades, so wanted to share something uplifting:

Stone and Flynn won’t serve any time in jail. SARS-CoV-19 has turned imprisonment into a potential death sentence.

Perhaps house arrest with ankle monitor, no internet and dumb phone only? Also monitoring of written letters and notes going out.

Lame duck Trump will sign pardons for all of them, even Cohen. He may even try pre-emptive pardons for other co-conspirators…for their silence.

Whenever the Bureau of Prisons tells him to report, unless he obtains a stay from Judge Berman-Jackson (yeah, right) or the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals (notwithstanding Neomi Rao, still unlikely).
